Steps To change imei iTel 

Download spreadtrum drivers
Download spd researchdownload tool
install spreadtrum drivers
extract an open researchdownload tool
click on the 1st gear ..load the pac file of the phone 
click on second gear settings
under this click on backup
untick imei
then click OK
conect the phone while holdeing volume down key 
or volume up key for most newly spreadtrum sc7731c chipest
