Coolpad Note3 Lite8298-100 Stuck on Fastboot mode. i.e Fastmmi mode
This problem actually appears after you flash the phone and stuck on up and down only shows on screen and nothing happens.
This process solves not only that model but also solve that related faults.Stuck CoolPad Note 3 stuck on boot loop - Endless Boot loop in recovery mode only.
Now follow these steps:
Extract the ROM zip.
Run SP Flash Tool.
Click on scatter-loading , Browse and select the scatter txt file from the extracted ROM zip.
Click on the download button.
Download Now
Turn off your device and connect to PC.
This should start flashing the ROM to your phone.
Wait till you get a Download OK dialog box.
Now disconnect your phone & reboot, It'll be stuck in Fastmmi mode with "Up Down" written on the screen.
See the driver correctly install.

Type in adb devices and make sure your device is listed.

If it's not listed, then make sure your device is connected properly and/or reboot your PC.
Connect your phone must power on
Run this command by adb command prompt.
If everything goes well, your phone should be unbricked now.
