Hull Cleaning Robot/ Hull Cleaning ROV/Wash Boat Robot/Clean Ship Robot/China Hull Cleaning Robot
Introduction
TH-B100 Marine Special Task Robot(hull cleaning)is an intelligent equipment, applied for cleaning bio fouling which attaches on hull.It consists of body,a control system and a cleaning water supply system. The body adsorbs and climbs on the hull of ship by creatively using magnetic technology. Different from using high pressure jets,TH-B100 uses caviation flows as cleaning medium which increases the cleaning efficiency and minimizes the damage of ship’s antifouling painting. And at the meaning while, the robot eliminates the need for brushes, abrasives and divers that greatly reduce labor cost and risk.
Features
lPermanent magnetic adsorption, simple structure and high reliability
lAchieving rapid clean without hull paint damage and environmental pollution with cavitation cleaning device
lSelf proceeding and operation mode with low operator needs and simple operation
lReal-time display the robot state, provide high reliability and system security
lAchieved the ability of adsorption and climbing with constant and variable speed on 360 degree hull to random direction
Working process
lSystem self-check
Power on and check circuit boards with control system and software.
lDeploying robot with remote control
Put robot on the launching ship and transport the robot to a hull side of vessel.
lSecond self-check
Turn on and check the sensor, video camera and light with remote control.
lMission planning
Scheme the cleaning route with remote control software.
lMission execution
The robot’s cleaning footprint is “u”.
lEmergency handling
Carry out contingency plan in emergency
lRemote recycling
Composition
1.Main track
2.Over-obstacle track
3.Water gun
4.Glare and camera equipment
