Use SPD Upgrade Tool to flash this firmware, i.e ResearchDownload/UpgradeDownload Tool
Unpack ROM and extract xxxxxxxxxxxxx.pac
Run UpgradeDownload or FactoryDownload, connect your android device to the computer
Click on "Load packet" and add the .pac
Click on "Start"
During the flashing your mobile will restart automatically
