• Connect a working wifi network
• Click next to the Blackberry Anti-theft screen. asking for email and password
• Now Input your working blackberry id and password if you don't have CREATE ONE @ https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/registration/registration_eula.seam. 
• Keep entering the blackberry id like 7-10 times
• After that, then power off and On the phone. (Restart)
• Connect wifi again then setup the phone and the blackberry Anti-theft protection is Gone
