One lone user holding onto a Blackberry Bold until the Mobile Reaper pries it from his hands. Also, the owner of the company.We host email on Office 365, and we switched him over to IMAP for mail due to the Blackberry service shutdown over there. (We also gave him a new iPhone SE to try as well-its been used a bit, but the keyboard is his favorite thing).
So, issue 1 is that a lot more messages get truncated (mostly ones with attachments), but the frequency has gone way up. I'm assuming the encoding for IMAP is different and so messages are bigger. But is there anyway to change that limit on the phone so it can download the entirety?Issue 2 is that IMAP seems to get checked fairly infrequently-is there a way to lower the check time? I know IMAP isn't going to be ActiveSync quick, and I assume the Bold doesn't support IMAP Push (though not sure O365 does either), but every 5 minutes would be better.
Any ideas for either of those issues?
